Just a quick one guys! This is the look I wore last night when I went to a dinner party together with some friends + boyfriend. Just a very subtle smokey eye paired with my Nyx Tea Rose. It's been a while since my last FOTD! I had some extra time before leaving so I camwhored (lol) and figured I'd share to you guys how I looked that night :) hope you like it! :)

When I say "few stuff" I really meant "few stuff"! Lol

The first booth that brightened up my day was the booth of Digital Traincase. It was quite a hassle to go there and pick up some stuff because the booth was really crowded. We actually waited for some of the customers to finish so we can have our turn to shop. Haha.

I'm always tempted to buy lipsticks online but at the same time hesitant since I'm quite skeptical about how the shades really look in real life. I don't want to risk buying something that I am not sure of, especially in lipsticks. Good thing Digital Traincase was present with a tester of everything they sell. I decided to get two round lipsticks from Nyx. Char and I went gaga over lipstick swatching.. and I'm guessing everyone else. Haha! After countless shade-swatching, I finally decided to get the shades, Frappucino and Tea Rose.

The small thing on the left was a freebie. A Nyx pigment. I love it! Thanks a bunch to Digital Traincase! :)

I love love love the shades that I got except for the fact that I find these lippies too pigmented.... not in a good way. They're way too soft and melt like crazy. I store these inside a freezer when I'm not using it.

This is how Frappucino looks on me. It is a very natural shade. Perfect to wear on a daily basis. It kinda looks like your "natural-lip-but-better-color" lipstick. I love it so much! I still don't have a photo of me wearing the Tea Rose to show you guys but I guarantee it's also a gorgeous shade. I will definitely be updating this.

The last thing I got was this Finesse Hairspray from the Finesse Booth that I got for P 270.00. It came with a free makeup kit. I am actually in a hunt for a good hairspray to hold my curls. I haven't tried this yet. Lol I know it's been stuck on my dresser for a few weeks now.. Finals really bombarded my life with stress, leaving me no occasions to curl my hair or even dress up! I'm really happy that finals are finally over!

Anyway, I'm going to create a separate review on this hairspray when I get the chance to test drive this baby.

I really wish it was an "EXTRA HOLD HAIRSPRAY" :))

The freebie it came with..

The makeup kit looks like this. I actually love it :) I use this when I need to bring some of my makeup with me when I am in a hurry and have to do my makeup at school in my car. Haha. I am always in a hurry so this kit came in really handy for me.

Hey everyone! It's been a long time since I last blogged. I've been really busy with school.. Dealing with 8 subjects (4 of which, being majors) almost killed me during our final week! Thank God it's finally over. Our semester break will only last for less than a week though :/ Anyway! Today I am going to do a review on some Geo Lenses that I got from a new sponsor partner, Aigoo Shoppe. Shout out to Val (Valerie Deoferio) for sending these lovely lenses! Moving on to the review, I received two pairs of lenses: Geo Angel Brown (CM-834) and Geo Nudy Brown (CH-624). I will only be reviewing the Geo Angel Brown lenses since I decided to include the Geo Nudy Brown lenses on my upcoming giveaway for my dear readers. Watch out for my first ever giveaway! I will be announcing that soon! :)

The lenses came bubble wrapped inside a brown paper bag with a cute ribbon tied on it. I forgot to take a picture when it arrived because of my excitement! I immediately ripped everything out to see what was inside. Haha! But nonetheless, here are pictures of the lenses inside their bottles..



These are how the lenses look inside the bottle. This shot was taken upside down. If only you can imagine the struggle I went through just to capture a clear photo of the lenses while still in their bottles. Lol! The bottles on the left are the Geo Nudy Brown (CH-624) while the bottles on the right are the Geo Angel Brown (CM-834). As you can see, the Angel Brown has a thicker outline to it while the Nudy Brown has this lighter and pixelated-ish outline. They both have the same diameter of 14.0mm.

Color and Design: ★★★★★
The design is very simple which I really love. The color blends really well with my dark brown iris. I love how I can achieve a dolly eye effect without looking overly dramatic. The color and design is definitely something that I can wear on a daily basis.

Comfort: ★★★★★
Wearing this one was a breeze! To tell you the truth, I am not really used to wearing circle lenses. I prefer lenses with smaller diameters as compared to the bigger ones because I have pretty sensitive eyes. But these? These were really comfortable. I was actually surprised because I expected to struggle with it.. but to my surprise, it didn't. In fact, there were times wherein I forgot that I even had them on. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try out circle lenses for the first time and for those with sensitive eyes like me.

Enlargement: ★★★★★
I have small eyes so I don't like anything bigger than this. For circle lenses and for my eyes, 14.0mm is the perfect diameter.

Overall: ★★★★★
I love it! No bias! I love how natural looking they look and especially how comfortable it is to my sensitive eyes. I recommend this to all. Definitely a keeper :)

Hey lovelies! I promised a review about this product on my 7|7|11 haul post so here it is :) A lot of people have been asking me about this E.l.f. Eyelid Primer Collection that I bought over a month ago already. Today I'm pretty sure that I already have a say about this collection. So for three primers that is over 2.3g each and costs Php249.50, was it really a bargain or a waste of money? :)

when applied.

This is not in a cream form, rather, a liquid yet soft and light type of consistency. You have to spread and blend it immediately upon application because it tends to dry out very quickly. When it dries it becomes hard to blend.

This is how it looks like when blended. I super love the consistency of this primer especially when blended. My eyelids feel super soft and smooth to touch. It makes eyeshadow application very easy especially when blending out colors because the brush glides very easily and smoothly.

As you can see, the first color, Nude blended out very well with my skin tone. It's my favorite among the three. The second color, Pearl; I found too glittery.. It's not great but not bad as well. I tried using this on my brow bone as a brow highlight and it worked well :) The last color, Champagne, is almost the same as Pearl. It's a perfect base for a taupe color e/s and/or any bronze e/s. Champagne is perfect for girls with darker skin tones. I use Nude more often.

I love how vibrant the colors came to be and how it made my eyelids a smooth canvass to work with. Everything just blends flawlessly. The staying power is also great. So if you were to ask me if this collection is a bargain, well, I think that that will depend on your preference. The whole collection works really well. It does it's job pretty good. But personally, I don't really like putting on something glittery on my eyelid that often. I always find myself reaching for Nude every time I do my eye makeup. I only use Pearl sometimes, and Champagne rarely. I'd rather buy the full size of the Nude than this collection.

Before having this primer, what I used was E.l.f.'s studio primer. It's the stick type primer with a liner sealer at the other side of the product. The studio primer, on the other hand, is a cream type. It has this heavy, concealer-like consistency. It doesn't dry out as fast as this but it delivers a better color pay off. I like using both products as a primer and a base. I use the E.l.f. Eyelid Primer to prime my eyelids, then apply the E.l.f. Studio Primer as a base and it works great. I do that almost every time I do my eye makeup ever since I got my eyelid primer :)

Now for the ratings, I would give Nude 5/5 stars, Pearl 3/5 and Champagne a 2.75/5. Overall, I would give this collection 3.5/5 stars. Not bad. Like I said, I'd rather buy the full size of the Nude than this because I don't necessarily need the Pearl and Champagne (Unless you like glittery products).

This is a late post again due to the same reason: school.

Around two weeks ago, I went to MOA with a friend to pick up some stuff for a makeup gig. I also ordered some palettes from LuLu Makeup the same week. My gig was very successful and I want to thank my friend and co-makeup artist, Beny Reginaldo for helping me out! :) With that, I have already tested out these products and have reviewed them too but I'm going to save that for another post to give a more in depth review. Watch out for it. :) For now I'm just going to show you guys the products I got.  Aside from the Lulu Palettes, all of these are from Watson's.

I currently have Lulu's Paris Lip Palette, Morocco Palette, and Miami Palette. More to come! :)

 Foundation Brush from E.l.f.. My mom lost my Elianto foundation brush so I had to buy another one.

and lastly, Ever Bilena Compact Powder Refill. It's just a very sheer powder, perfect for finishing and touch ups.
