This is the first belly ring that really caught my eye. It's a simple white plastic ball. I really like how simple and unique it looks. This is my boyfriend's favorite among all the belly rings that I got.

This is probably my favorite! It's black and has this intricate rose design. I love it!! Matches my tattoo :)

My healed tattoo!!

Aside from my obvious interest with make-up, many of you may not know my love for tattoos. I haven't been sharing much about myself so let this be the first. :)



I went to San Juan, decided. I was gonna be getting a rose tattoo on my forearm! There was only one problem...... my boyfriend. Haha.

He's not against tattoos or whatever, in fact, he has lots of them. He wasn't against me having a big rose on my forearm either but rather the though of me having it this early really made him indecisive.. He warned me about future clients who'd be interested in getting me as their models might lose their interest or change their minds once they see my tattoo. He stressed the fact that my 'roles' would be limited, my opportunities might lessen and that I might be a less versatile model. Maybe in a few years.... I saw his point and agreed.

The artist came in the shop and when we were deciding where to put the rose, no other spot really seemed to fit. It was either too big for that spot, too small for that spot, awkward, imbalanced because of my previous tattoos. Haha. So I ended up convincing him that my forearm was the perfect spot.

I kept bugging him and he kept telling me the same thing.... What changed his mind was when I told him that, I will only play the roles in where I can be myself. If clients don't like me because of my tattoos, then fine. It was a 'take it or leave it' kind of speech and he bought it. He was all for it. :)

My artist, Ding Fernandez, Vice President of PhilTag (Philippine Tattoo Artists Guild) was one of the most humble artists I've ever met. He helped me look for a design perfect for my arm. I wanted a realistic looking rose and we did a pretty good job finding the perfect reference picture for my rose :)

When he started lining, I already knew through experience that it would be the most painful stage... Yes, it did hurt!

Tolerable but still painful. Haha. My anticipation eased the pain.

After 2 hours my rose has finally come to life!

I'm a huge fan of black and grey tattoos.. I chose not to put any color in my rose :)

This was taken 2 days after I got the tattoo. No scabbing yet. I don't need to accessorize anymore, I got my tattoo :)

When I say "few stuff" I really meant "few stuff"! Lol

The first booth that brightened up my day was the booth of Digital Traincase. It was quite a hassle to go there and pick up some stuff because the booth was really crowded. We actually waited for some of the customers to finish so we can have our turn to shop. Haha.

I'm always tempted to buy lipsticks online but at the same time hesitant since I'm quite skeptical about how the shades really look in real life. I don't want to risk buying something that I am not sure of, especially in lipsticks. Good thing Digital Traincase was present with a tester of everything they sell. I decided to get two round lipsticks from Nyx. Char and I went gaga over lipstick swatching.. and I'm guessing everyone else. Haha! After countless shade-swatching, I finally decided to get the shades, Frappucino and Tea Rose.

The small thing on the left was a freebie. A Nyx pigment. I love it! Thanks a bunch to Digital Traincase! :)

I love love love the shades that I got except for the fact that I find these lippies too pigmented.... not in a good way. They're way too soft and melt like crazy. I store these inside a freezer when I'm not using it.

This is how Frappucino looks on me. It is a very natural shade. Perfect to wear on a daily basis. It kinda looks like your "natural-lip-but-better-color" lipstick. I love it so much! I still don't have a photo of me wearing the Tea Rose to show you guys but I guarantee it's also a gorgeous shade. I will definitely be updating this.

The last thing I got was this Finesse Hairspray from the Finesse Booth that I got for P 270.00. It came with a free makeup kit. I am actually in a hunt for a good hairspray to hold my curls. I haven't tried this yet. Lol I know it's been stuck on my dresser for a few weeks now.. Finals really bombarded my life with stress, leaving me no occasions to curl my hair or even dress up! I'm really happy that finals are finally over!

Anyway, I'm going to create a separate review on this hairspray when I get the chance to test drive this baby.

I really wish it was an "EXTRA HOLD HAIRSPRAY" :))

The freebie it came with..

The makeup kit looks like this. I actually love it :) I use this when I need to bring some of my makeup with me when I am in a hurry and have to do my makeup at school in my car. Haha. I am always in a hurry so this kit came in really handy for me.
