Hello ladies! I know I made a list of the things I need to blog and I said that I need to blog all these in 1 week.. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do so because I got sick real bad.. I had a really high fever that lasted for 4 days :( Ive been getting sick more often recently.. The last time I got sick was not too long ago.. I had an asthma attack just this December :( I really have to take care of my health now.. Stop what needs to be stopped and exercise I guess. People also noticed that I lost weight and that's surprising for me because I haven't been dieting nor exercising lately.. I guess it's because of all the sickness I went through.. and not to mention, stress. Ive been going through a lot lately and it's hard not to stress about it.. I also had a few breakouts that I struggled along with during the holidays which sucked :/ Anyway, I'm quite thankful for what happened to me this week because I had some realizations.. One of these is that I need take of myself. Not just physically, but emotionally as well. I need to just stop stressing and just be happy by thinking happy.. Also, one of the advantages of me being sick for 4 days straight is that my sleeping hours went back to normal (I had insomnia), which is good because it basically became my skin savior. Haha! Not only that, my skin had like a four-day vacation from make-up! My skin was able to rest, relax and breathe :) All my breakouts just disappeared :) So that's that for now, just a quick update and sharing on what happened to me these past few days.. How about you?
